About PAUSE
Are you 20 weeks or more pregnant and keen to meet other mums to be? Our PAUSE programme is designed to give you a break from the busyness of life, have a space to bond with your unborn baby and prepare for life after birth.
PAUSE NEAR YOU
PAUSE meets every Monday evening at Garden City Café in Eastgate, Ebbsfleet. It’s an easy trip for mums-to-be from Gravesend, Northfleet, Swanscombe, Greenhithe, Stone Crossing and Dartford, and from anywhere else across north Kent. If you’re expecting and looking for a friendly pregnancy group nearby, you’d be so welcome.

Who is PAUSE for?
PAUSE is for women who are 20 weeks or more pregnant and living in or near Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Northfleet, Swanscombe, Greenhithe, Stone Crossing or Dartford.
Where and when does PAUSE meet?
Every Monday, 7:30 to 9pm, at Garden City Café, Eastgate, Ebbsfleet DA11 8AD. The next programme starts Monday 2nd November.
How much does it cost?
£40 for the full eight-week programme.
Do I need to come every week?
PAUSE is an eight-week journey, so we ask you to commit to the full programme, but we understand pregnancy can be unpredictable and we keep things flexible.
Who runs the sessions?
PAUSE is run by Corinne, a psychotherapist, Karen, a retired NHS midwife of 25 years, and Anita, a former midwife.
